You’ve come to the right place. This page is dedicated to supporting faculty as subject matter experts, scholars and members of the NCNM community. NCNM has many support resources for faculty. Useful links include:

Conference and Travel Funding

Faculty are encouraged to participate in conferences and workshops, and to take classes, that will improve their professional credentials. NCNM provides some funding for conference registrations and travel-related expenditures. Read more about conference and travel funding here.

Promotions

A successful teaching career follows a pattern of professional development that needs to be documented in a curriculum vitae and a portfolio of creative artifacts. Access promotion materials here.

Sabbaticals

The Faculty Development Committee provides, when the institutional budget permits, competitive quarter-length sabbaticals. View more details on sabbaticals here.

Faculty Awards

It is important to honor and reward faculty who excel in the classroom and clinic, conduct research, and contribute significantly to the profession and/or the college. The Faculty Development Committee will select faculty for annual awards. Faculty Awards link coming soon.
